Environment, Comfort and Exercise

2010 048At TTBBB, we have thought long and hard about why most people don’t like gyms and don’t keep an exercise programme up for any reasonable length of time. Gymnasiums are often intimidating, not knowing how to use equipment and waiting long periods of time can be very annoying.

At TTBBB, all the work is done one on one with your trainer in a totally private environment.Your qualified trainer never leaves your side, is fully qualified in injury rehabilitation and prevention and will motivate you to continually improve and achieve results.

Types of Exercises

IMGP0261At TTBBB, we believe in common sense. Strength training with weights that are not a natural movement, are not common sense.

Emulating everyday movement with weights will enhance the body in a common sense manner.

Cardio vascular exercises are based on anything that gets you out of breath. Simple running, jumping or skipping are the most effective methods of cardio-vascular exercise.
