Goal Setting

Without goals we achieve nothing. If you play soccer with no goals you get no result. No one wins. At TTBBB we work out the clients goals, short and long term, put together a strategy to enable the client to achieve them. The feeling of achieving a goal is fantastic and the client is rewarded accordingly.

Support

Losing weight and getting fit is not just about going for a walk and lifting weights. Many people put on weight or size due to emotional reasons or lack of self-esteem. At TTBBB’ we offer the emotional support when times get tough, and when the goal seems a long way off, and out of sight, we help you through the tough times, and the physiological reasons for why many people find the journey not so easy.

Complimentary Session

We offer a complimentary session with absolutely NO OBLIGATION. In that session we will discuss exactly what you want to achieve, because everyone is different and we all have different goals. (feeling at ease in an environment plays a large role in what people want. There is not a mirror in sight, nor pictures of scantily clad models). We will then put you through a total body work out, with a combination of strength training and cardio vascular (huffy puffy) exercises, depending on what you want or need more of.

hen the session is complete, we set you what we call homework. As we only want you to train with us once a week, this extra “homework” will help you to achieve your goal quicker. We will phone you midweek to help you stay motivated. Many people start an exercise programme and loose the plot when something goes wrong. We are there to help you stay on track to achieve your goal, and do anything it takes to get you there.

Psychology Of Fitness

The Major fact here is that this is not the Thin-ness industry, it is the Health and Fitness industry.

Most people want to lose weight, instead of concentrating on being healthy and fit.

For example, Sports people do not try to look good, they just look good as a result of what they do. If the general population adopts the same approach, then instead of trying to look good, they should concentrate on doing well in their chosen pursuit. That might be as simple as beating your time in a four kilometre walk, or improving your tennis club ranking. The psychological pressure is not anywhere near as great and the end goal is more easily achieved.
